Engineered Plans and Construction Support
Our relationship with our clients provides a seamless transition for project design, completion of structural engineered plans, and engineering support during construction. Our experience includes residential projects ranging from simple additions to structures as large as 15,000 square feet.
We provide engineering support during construction. In most cases, we will travel to the site the same working day the request for assistance is made and provide an engineering report within one to two business days.
At D. Miller & Associates, PA, we understand the costs associated with construction delays and materials. Our goal is to work with our clients to responsibly facilitate their project to completion.
Forensic Investigations
We provide consulting engineering services associated with investigations to determine the cause and origin of building failures at residential properties. These services are provided for insurance companies, attorneys, and individual property owners.
